Would CareCredit finance my lasik procedure?

i have a 650 average score between three credit companies. I want to get lasik so i went in for free eye examination and it would cost 4000. I make 1680 a month and i have a credit card for one year with no late payments. Will i get accepted

Likely not with that score and the tightening of lending.
